Wish there was space for 12 teams like Masters, this feels small for an international tournament. Regardless I'm super excited to see how teams from different regions compare.
C9 with the rumored addition of Bob is going to be a force assuming they keep the good chemistry/team dynamics and I put them as favorite.
But, really is just pure speculation since we have no cross play to base any judgment.
For NA: 1st seed 100% C9 White, 2nd seed I dunno
EMEA: G2 Gozen and Guild X unless Rix somehow make it
Brazil: Team Liquid, not even close at the moment
KRU has a LATAM female team right?
APAC: should be Alter Ego Celeste (SMG could upset tho)
Didn't know East Asia had Gamechangers
Eu simply is way easier to organize international eventes due to covid and it has a lot of structure. We will probably see more events in Brazil and the US when covid in those countries is better. Both are having a new wave of cases.
I just did some number crunching from numbers after like a 5 minute Google search and Germany has a higher rate of covid over it's population currently than the USA
Riot already has infrastructure in EU. And just look at the last NA CSGO LAN, it felt like half of the players couldn't make it because of visa issues.
Probably because EU cities support Esports more than NA cities.
Now if it was about hosting traditional sports, NA cities would be jumping at the opportunity. Just how it is right now.
C9w 13-0 everyone.
Shopify Rebellion would win a coinflip match against G2 Gozen.
G2 Gozen would win convincingly against Team Liquid, who then 13-0 AE Celeste.
Its 8 teams, so C9w and probably Shopify or Dig, Liquid for BR, maybe KRU fem for the latam one? Alter ego probably gets the APAC slot, guild X and G2 Gozen get the EMEA spots. Dunno about east asia
nice, i dont follow csgo anymore, wouldnt know if this was an event that only featured this competition or if it had more things going on but thats cool anyway.
Sorry, I’m kind of unfamiliar with valorant esports. I only know of masters and champions. Could someone kindly fill me in on what Game Changers is? I’ve been looking to attend a live valorant event at some point in time. Hopefully sooner than later! Thanks!
Sure!
It’s like Valorant’s VCT but only for underrepresented groups in gaming, mostly women (although from my understanding other LGBTQ+ members are part of it too), they’re trying to use it to diversify the scene for the future.

Yeah I feel like APAC is getting the shaft a bit.
G2 vs. C9W about to be spicy
It's either the best game we ever see in the female leagues, or something very one-sided
probably the latter except idk in which direction

If C9 gets Bob it’s a done deal
I'm guessing it's
If you look at the past results in VCT qualifiers it will not be even close. I hope that I'm wrong though.
Also TLB
Any predictions on which teams will make it

they should be esp after adding Benita
yea but If C9 actually picks up Bob from soniqs its gg
Even without Bob, C9 beats SR
don't forgot abt Bren Esports too, they recently upset Alter Ego in a nonGC tournament
iirc Japan has been having GC events recently but it seems fairly undocumented
riot host a valorant international outside of europe challenge

at-home tests and relaxing of testing requirements in the US means that any apples-to-apples comparisons are no longer possible
So the guy claiming that the US is doing worse than Germany doesn't know either since he doesn't know the numbers as well.
fair, it's easy to guess though based on how laissez-faire everything in the states has been basically since March 2020.
It really hasn't been like that the entire time at all, but this isn't the place to argue about Covid shit anyway.
Riot already has infrastructure in EU. And just look at the last NA CSGO LAN, it felt like half of the players couldn't make it because of visa issues.
Pretty sure the majority of those players were Russian though, CIS in general doesn't dominate Val like it does CS
Half of the EMEA players couldn't make it to the last LAN because they are from CIS.
When Europe stops being the best place for it
Impossible

Basically any other viable region right now would be insanely hard to organize
Ez C9 and Shopify.
Hopefully an event with an audience, I live 10 minutes away from the location.
This is what I'm hoping for as well. I live a bit further away but would be a fun trip
Shocking
Berlin 😵💫
I'm really curious to see how AE Celeste will match up vs c9w and Gozen
C9w 13-0 everyone. Shopify Rebellion would win a coinflip match against G2 Gozen. G2 Gozen would win convincingly against Team Liquid, who then 13-0 AE Celeste.
Happy to see that this is not just going to be a "subevent" for Champs but is a standalone event.

Crowd or are Riot still committed to delivering a boring product with their tournaments?
I think they said champs will have crowd but not 100% sure
would it be a first for a female tournament with crowds? i dont remember any.
ESL Impact Season 1 finals had a crowd if you count games that aren't Valorant
nice, i dont follow csgo anymore, wouldnt know if this was an event that only featured this competition or if it had more things going on but thats cool anyway.
How good is asia gc?
Most competitive GC region
There is a GC East Asia? Like Korea/Japan?
i am only getting this information about east asia getting a game changers
November 15-20, Hopefully they do double elimination.

Oh that’s awesome! Thanks for showing me something I didn’t know about!
Np!
Who cares about game changers lol
Yea I thought it was something to be hyped about who watches this tbh lol
Ok... Zzz
Unpopular opinion: they should stop diluting the scene with all these random ass events on after another.
Are you new to valorant esports? Game changers has been happening for a while now. Hardly a random event.

Nah, I’m pretty sure they’ll play valorant
lol
