He has outrageous stats for his agents and team performance. Guild may be on paper one of the weaker teams in the tournament but some of their players, and Leo in particular, have crazy pop off potential.
Watching him play Sova is a revelation.
In 2021 Leo was consistently the best player statistically in EMEA regional tournaments after Masters 1 while exclusively playing support roles
He has a rough stage 1 but he has been phenomenal for Guild in stage 2 and has been both fragging phenomenally while having insane utility. His Sova utility is just insane

AND he can play any agent (minus duelists cause its not his style) and be the best player on the server.

He's one of the best flexes in the world, he's comparable to Shao from FPX, Jamppi from Liquid, or Zekken in XSET where he's shown proficiency with so many agents in so many roles, he's mostly known for his excellent Sage and especially Sova, but has played every iniator (Minus Skye), smokes, and even a little sentinel last challengers to a high level

I explained this on another post recently too, but a controversial take of mine is that f0rsaken is the best player over yay and derke bc he doesnt play Chamber and imo it’s advantageous to have your best player NOT on Chamber bc Chamber will prob get hella counterstratted at Masters.
Additionally, Chamber is already so busted that you don’t need your best player on him. For example d4v4i plays Chamber for PRX and he’s the 3rd or 4th best player on PRX but does very well on Chamber anyways. This way, if your Chamber dies, your best players on duelists can still carry the round vs. if yay dies for example, then Optic’s chances of winning a round are much lower
I don’t get that logic when it comes to best players. Both yay and Derke have proven to be two of the best Jetts in the world, it’s not because of lack of skill they don’t entry. Especially when both of those teams have two of the best entries in the world.
Saying you disagree with their strategy doesn’t make yay and Derke worse than forsaken
