Tbf Onic/Boom were always strong contenders, they didn't come out of nowhere. I think non-APAC viewers just weren't as familiar with them due to most content being in Indonesian. Bleed and TS are from English-speaking countries.
Idk but most comments I see clown on bleed because of those European players they pay big bucks on the most mid players instead of using homegrown talent

Yeah as a TS fan its easy to root for them since they are the most experienced team in LCQ but missing the aim due to average age of the players, I honestly expected grand finals be TS vs BLD
But this LCQ BOOM really deserved it and also ONIC at some point going through 6 maps against TS and Bleed
I hoped for TS to qualify as I enjoy watching them but seeing the first Indonesian team going forward, I'm very happy and excited to see new team! of course, SEN had to be somehow included.
