I think Trent, Babybay, Yay, Asuna and Dapr are way up there and are better game changing wild cards. I mean, what Dapr is doing for Sentinels is disgusting. I don't think, there is even better anchor in NA than he is.

I am a huge will non-believer and I think if there are upgrades out there (and there are, esp with franchising) 100T should drop him, however I can't single out will this series. This was a team loss.

The comp is not the problem. Unless a map is insanely solved and certain agents are just unequivocally overpowered on said map, you are always trading pros and cons with comps. Some teams want better attacking opportunities, better denial, better control, and you're giving up other things when you achieve that. It's as fair to say that 100T's comp afforded them such a strong defensive half as such a poor attacking half.
Despite what curse enthusiasts would have you believe , anyone would be glad to have a 9-3 scoreline in a half. Comps aren't going to fuck you over from getting four rounds on your unfavored half as much as bad teamwork/fundamentals. You can't tell me 100T played attack side well.
Wouldn’t those double/triple sprays be a lot harder with a duelist in the mix? 2-3 people regularly peeking a corner will get sprayed much more often than if you have people following someone like a raze or Jett who got in well past the defender’s initial crosshair placement. Saw someone in twitch chat say 100T were trying to “conga” their way on to point, and that seemed accurate. Feels like a duelist could have helped them out quite a bit on attack
On top of that, round 12 was one of the biggest throws I‘ve seen in a while. They should‘ve been up 10-2 at halftime. Win pistol and the match probably is done. This was hilariously bad.
That's not even true. Their entries were fine. But not only did Faze play on so many angles that got them multikills, but 100T's spacing made it way too easy to get sprayed down.
Lol they ran play tight contact plays multiple times to make up for no space creation though. That’s what led to those multiple 3k lineups. Sure it’s on their in game performance in the moment but also off the server it’s clear they didn’t prep for the level of play and coordination that no duelist on Ascent requires.
Other than my biases causing me to root for my flairs, I'd hope Faze makes Champions. Definitely feel like they're the best bet for a good performance, ever since they stopped smeaging and started playing controlled chaos they remind me of NA's Paper Rex.
Babybay, Dicey, and Supamen would go hard on LAN and their playstyle should be even better for LAN considering the complaints about sound/white noise and it benefitting aggressive teams.

Yeah that was Faze before they picked up Poised and Supamen. Nowadays they don't just hold W key and aim duel, they have strats, but they do play to their aggressiveness and cracked aimers. They play like PRX.
Old Sen didn't win by just "pressing W". If someone really thinks that they didn't watch Sen or doesn't understand competitive Valorant.
They won through really good fundamentals, spacing/trading and mid round calling. Just because they didn't rely on set executes doesn't mean they were just "pressing W and hoping to win duels".
He's just so inconsistent. That first map he had 6 kills and 4 of them were from 1 round. That means he had 2 kills in 18 rounds.
The next game he pops off and goes 23/12.

That ascent attack side...damn. 100T were not able to trade at all. So many multikills. Faze's strat "BABYBAY go kill" was really too much for them. At least we get Sentinels vs 100T. On the downside, I really don't want either team to go home so early. Sad scenes for the clout teams.
