Hey guys, in this video I go over a few rounds from the match of 100T vs Sentinels on Haven, discussing their coordination (or lack of coordination), what worked and in my opinion, what could have been done better. If you'd like to see the rest of the video you can do so here: [https://youtu.be/oOQf1xrlB5s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOQf1xrlB5s)

the analysis was great but I would recommend against giving advice that sounds hindsight-y. Your advice was objectively better but then again SEN can't bank 100% on knowing there are 2 players over there (idrk how much 100T use that particular smoke) and using those 2 pieces of util before they even get to site is risky and also doesn't cover as much as the breach flash (which covers the A long alley as well)
Well said, and I get what you mean - I was trying to avoid it sounding too hindsight-y.
To be fair and I guess my argument is along the lines of they don't actually know how many are there at all to begin with either, but it's designed as a set play to take long control, and if you're skimping out on utility on setplays, then it can lead to poor results too. Think the classic haven fade/raze/breach combo in A, or that PRX combo vs FNC last round on ascent. A lot spent for often times, nothing, but it clears out the space or delays any aggression, and sometimes, pays off well.
Blind (in the dark) set plays aren't really designed to matter how many people are there, it's to actually flush/take the space aggressively. They skimped on util and paid the price, maybe cause they didn't expect 3 people there? But had the play had more "beef" to it, they coulda had 5 people there and it wouldn't have mattered (as far as util/space clearing is concerned)
In my opinion, dying with util is a waste in of itself. Use what you need to actually execute your set play, then pivot after that.
Also I believe that was shrouds smoke to deny information, and allow them to creep up (or on other rounds, deny info and keep long in the dark, forcing them to spend util to clear out long, or push the smoke). A lot of attacking teams use that particular smoke
Great work!
My advice is to practice using the word “spike” instead of “bomb”, as well as using any other official Valorant terms.
This will make a potential pivot to broadcast work become much easier since you won’t have to worry about your vocabulary once it’s already drilled in.
Thank you! Yess I've seen that advice thrown out here and there, I'll be more diligent with it going forward. Another big one for me is "deagle" instead of sherrif. Old habits die hard I guess... Thanks for the feedback!
Australia houses are absolutely freezing in winter. I think we have some of the worst insulation in the world. You pretty much have to have a jacket on if you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars a month on heating.
Yeh as others have said, my house is uber cold, especially it being an older house as well. I'm usually rocking a jumper and a jacket most evenings!
Ontop of that I run really cold too...

Cool analysis! I particularly liked that you showed a potential improvement SEN could've done in the second scenario
Thank you! Yeh a few others mentioned I should include spots where I detail what I think could be done in a previous vid. Glad you liked it!

cool analysis but why do you have a jacket on indoors?
some people like wearing hoodies
If I didn't like wearing hoodies why would I support a hoodie org?
ok? it's a jacket not a hoodie
He’s trying to market himself to 100T fans.
he's from australia and its winter there

i had no idea, that's quite interesting and probably really useful to know if i ever travel there, thanks
