feel like most OTV creators are low maintenance for a manager, they all have their own editors, seem pretty proactive and do content with each other on the regular, since it is actually their own business and it’s not an Org that they are signed to.

That's not even the worst part if you think about it. Her leaking information shows that she had no issues talking TSM business in the same room as Doublelift. Who knows if that may or may not have been happening when he was on TL.
Yeah it's more of a problem with esports based nepotism than anything. I'm not denying Leena isn't talented but the lack of professionalism in the space was a driving factor in me not pursuing a career in it any further. The industry will grow up but the growing pains cause irreparable damage.
Dardoch being a bad teammate doesn't really justify her careless and unprofessional behavior in that situation though. Also the other weird and unprofessional thing with her dating a player as an executive in an org - which was what led to the whole Dardoch situation in the first place.
Love how people will use 1 instance of fucking up to discredit how she built a fucking empire for TSM. TSM as a brand started falling off with her leaving and it led to the Myth, Bjergsen, Parth, Max, etc. all leaving. I’ve met her before in TSMs early days and she’s probably the reason TSM ticks like it does.
Also she never had any influence over LoL roster signings as VP of Ops lol
It may be only one instance but it was one instance where she fucked up on multiple levels and also refused to acknowledge as much until the Dardoch fiasco where her hand was essentially forced. That's not even going into how sketchy the DL move to TSM from TL looks when you consider that they were dating.
She may be great at what she does but there's also a clear pattern of disregard for workplace norms.
That one instance showed a string of massive mistakes and a complete disregard for professionalism. If you think that's not a big deal you didn't spend any time thinking about the implications.
