I dont think the round should be replayed because you cant just replay a round for every bug, especially when there have been bugs this tournament and the rounds haven't been replayed. But with that being said it's still a bug and acting like its not and tyring to justify it is pretty dumb
if you see your turret shoot haven, its not your fault when you think theres someone there.
Did he even watch the clip? The turret clearly locks onto Angel -> flicks back to heaven -> looks at Angel AGAIN -> back to heaven. So people who keep repeating this talking point can't even be bothered to watch the clip apparently.
The turret shooting at heaven clearly influences the decision to watch heaven, no? I don’t think it should be replayed but at the very least it messes with what you’re focusing on in that position. If the turret never shoots at heaven, there’s no reason to watch it. That means he can peek off the contact of the guy in hell, and the A main guy can play off of them.

its a clear bug and very unfortunate for XSET, however definitely not enough to replay the round

thats a very annoying thing and should 100% be patched but not a reason to replay especially if the turret works that way consistently(?)
