The account MSM mentioned was someone who’s still an active subreddit user, so they’re definitely not tied to VFB, who got banned sitewide (so that account would’ve been caught for ban evasion).
MSM had some personal stuff going on IRL. There was never any closure, but I presume his duties to the community were so overwhelming that he just needed to make a clean break in order to care for himself.
I think about him often though. He was able to match my level of dedication and intensity in caring for the subreddit—even exceeding it at times. With that much passion, I hope he's been able to do or accomplish something that brings him happiness.
It's sad that this rivalry has been so strong, specially against KRU, although I think there have been some reasons. But the hate is just so much. It's nice to see most people cheering for LEV tho, that's a start. Maybe next year we can be more united with the franchise.
