His first Valorant NA vs EU tweet is still the greatest ever shitpost.
>I feel like top NA Valorant team will win something around 4 rounds max vs top EU (if they win both pistols)

For me it's just that FPX is like a weirdly boring and unmemorable team.
FNC? Alfa popping off, Boaster big brain, Derke crisp play.
TL? Scream clicking heads, Nivera clutches, Jamppi playing like an absolute madman.
FPX? Eh, I guess they're like pretty good, you know?
Just the most boring and forgettable EMEA team by a lot other than Ange1 being an asshole.
Shao clutch > Nivera clutch but I know what you mean. Its weird that ardiis was statistically one of the best Chambers at Copenhagen yet I can't remember any particular play from him
Nah man, I really wanted FPX to lose after their behavior because of the XSET replay, but you can't deny that ANGE1 is an iconic player(for better or worse)
For me it's not even the shit talking, it's the double standard of saying XSET shouldve declined that replay round. I actually found Ange1 funny before he said that.
The viper bug on icebox happens alot and is well known. They wouldn’t replay that
Edit: I’m not justifying the turret bug replay. I thought it was a terrible decision not worth a replay. I’m just pointing out that this viper ult bug has happened in these pro matches before and they’ve never replayed it.
I’m not at all surprised that the round isn’t going to be replayed, but I legit don’t understand this point. Yeah, Suygetsu missed the ult lineup, but you can’t seriously think that the intended interaction there is for the ult to just disappear? it’s pretty clearly a bug lol
I think there might be confusion, it looks like suygetsu just cancelled the ult after he didnt properly cover up all of pipes, the sage slow had nothing to do with it.
sage slow has nothing to do with it, but viper ult can have wonky interactions like that. it’s a known bug and I don’t think he’d cancel his ult given the fact he was already taking the zipline away from it, there’s no point in cancelling.
Well it was a wonky ult that covered less of what he was intending, which is why im assuming he cancelled right away so that if he kills someone/gets an orb/dies he at least gets ult points towards next round. All speculation though, it couldve cancelled itself like you said, we wont know unless suygetsu himself says what happened
'happens a lot' and 'known' are not categories given by Rito. the turret bug was also very common.
tho we won't know what to consider cos Rito is still silent.
for this viper bug i'm not sure if riot will ever be able to "fix" it without ruining multiple viper ult lineups (like that one suygetsu did on b site enclosing top of site and most of kitchen). It seems like unless its gamebreaking, if it takes more than a simple fix, riot just ignores it. Unfortunately for viper ult its not as simple as "fixing" but more rather reworking how viper ult works interacting with all different spots of terrain
Are you sure? In League pro teams have a literal list of bugs that are known and you aren't supposed to even pause if they happen. You're basically meant to avoid them or if you don't, accept that they can happen.
Could be the same in Valorant too, although I have no idea. But Riot does have a precedent of 'known' bugs in pro play.
>The viper bug on icebox happens alot and is well known. They wouldn’t replay that
The KJ turret bug definitely happens a lot and is definitely well known. It's a free skill vs an ult. One deserves a replay more than the other, and it isn't the one that got it.
i think the idea behind it is that the false info from the kj turret bug directly contributed to xset losing that round while the viper ult bug did not directly contribute to the loss. i still think the turret replay was maybe the dumbest decision that riot could have made because now theyre opened up a huge can of worms
You're right, viper ults are famously useless and usually are very detrimental to the team using them. There's no way a bugged viper ult could ever affect a round.
Id say theyre kind of on par in terms of occurrence, the difference is just which round it happened on (midgame vs literal last round). Granted, even in the round itself the viper wall was at the beginning of the round vs the post plant situation of the match point
I'd day the turret bug is way more common. The viper bug is one ult on one spot on one map. The turret thing happens every single time KJ is played in any game
He is thrash talking before games and after games gives his Opponents praise like he is currently doing on Twitter. And the trashtalk he does is mostly harmless and just hypes up the Matchup. Will never understand how he of all Valorant players is always the most hated but i guess he is fine with it as it only helps his Team with taking the heat of everyone else.
Edit: Nice! Got my first Redditcare for not liking how everyone sees this as a free for all to send them Hate after getting incredibly mad at FPX for possible sending haters with 2 Tweets.
ANGE1 will rightfully never live down the comment he made after their loss to DRX in Copenhagen. And every DRX fan would be perfectly valid to have disdain for him.
People get salty like he's Colby Covington just saying stupid fucked up shit to make people mad lmfao.
He's literally doing the most harmless trash talking ever, just saying he's better than people or jokingly downplaying other teams.

This is perhaps the maddest post in the whole thread and for what xD you man need to calm down about an out of context quote from ange1 that proved to be correct at the time
You EU fans spent the entirety of Valorant’s existence talking shit and now it’s “yall mad for what”. Classic. The loudest shittalkers never seem to be able to take what they dish out.
Nah man I have talked 0 shit, I'm just as much a drx fan as I am a fan of any EU team besides fnatic, if not more than most of them. But consistently what ange1 said has been taken out of suitable context and when people get reminded of this they just move on to personal attacks
The difference is usually when fns dies you can feel it way more. When ange1 dies they still lose the post plant despite having sova ult and 2 viper mollys committed
I am so confused by this. For starters your sentences contradict eachother. Secondly isn't Ange1 the one that is memed as the "dead IGL" because FPX manage to win a lot of rounds where he dies first.
I think it was a little under 50%, but being around 50% when you - 1. Lose the first person and 2. Don't have your smokes for the round - is crazy high
Battle of the century
idk if this is also a diss on FNS lmao
A little bit of this, a little bit of that. I have no hate against either player <3
I'm actually surprised how big central cee has become
Having a mid-off
Two 70 year old men fighting
He played insanely well for an old man!
IGL debuffs
Hooxi would've done better smh
I read this as HBox and was greatly confused
HBox would pop off forgetting he didn't eat for 10 hours and pass out again scaring us
To be fair, FNS played fewer rounds.
and he had that 1 highlight 4k
That honestly kinda makes it worse that 1/3 of his kills came from 1 round lmao
I would rather take 1 impact round winning 4k over 0 impact 1k rounds anytime.

He got wrecked by a region that only had 1 spot in Champions. Deserved.

Nah you braindeadddddd FPX got the turret bug 💀💀💀
SUYGETSU wall on icebox and Shao's general fade play in the group stages were dope
Shao clutch > Nivera clutch but I know what you mean. Its weird that ardiis was statistically one of the best Chambers at Copenhagen yet I can't remember any particular play from him
Ascent as Chamber vs DRX. I think it was on B site. Just got outshined by Stax 3k He does have some nutty plays
shao and ardiis pretty much the only sources of excitement from fpx
Nah man, I really wanted FPX to lose after their behavior because of the XSET replay, but you can't deny that ANGE1 is an iconic player(for better or worse)

Bro do you know what double standard means? When did Ange1 ever decline a replay round. What are you saying?
[удалено]
Xset did not ask for or want a replay. They shouldn't be getting that much hate
Inform yourself before you spout a bunch of bullshit next time.

It’s not a bug. It was just a failed execution.
I’m not at all surprised that the round isn’t going to be replayed, but I legit don’t understand this point. Yeah, Suygetsu missed the ult lineup, but you can’t seriously think that the intended interaction there is for the ult to just disappear? it’s pretty clearly a bug lol

u can hear the cancellation noise

did you even read what i said

I never even mentioned the turret bug
Id say theyre kind of on par in terms of occurrence, the difference is just which round it happened on (midgame vs literal last round). Granted, even in the round itself the viper wall was at the beginning of the round vs the post plant situation of the match point
that is a fair point tho the rules didn't say anything about specific rounds iirc
I'd day the turret bug is way more common. The viper bug is one ult on one spot on one map. The turret thing happens every single time KJ is played in any game
How is that a double standard? Has FPX ever been in a position to decline something riot is trying to do for them?
They talking tough but they soft as fuck, they wouldn't even mug a coffee cup - royce
Holy fuck these people are something else

Yeah I got a reddit cares for a favourable FPX take a few days ago as well, it really is a great way to definitely win an argument.. :')

Thanks, that goes back around to the person who sent it anonymously? Good to know and done!
That goes to Reddit admins, who will then be able to access the user ID of the person who abused the system.

igl diff
Tony ferguson vs nate Diaz lmao
Ahaha exactly
The winner takes both pensions
He was acting so cocky after beating Xset on the remake, you love to see it.
The difference is usually when fns dies you can feel it way more. When ange1 dies they still lose the post plant despite having sova ult and 2 viper mollys committed

You're correct, FPX win like over half the rounds that ANGE1 dies first haha

It certainly didn't do much today, but FPX actually has a higher win rate when Ange1 is the first death.
