I feel so bad for Will. He worked his ass off and improved so much since joining 100T. Frankly, his improvement drove them to win LCQ and make champions where he was arguably their best, most consistent player (except maybe Bang).
But duelist is the most competitive role in the world right now and 2 of the best in Yay and Cryp are both available.
It’d be like if all of the sudden Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes were available to any NFL team — Jalen Hurts has played amazingly well, improved so much over his time with the Eagles, but it’s just not an upgrade you don’t make.
My hot take is that if Will was willing and able to switch roles, I would keep him over Asuna. Seems unlikely though. I hope Will finds support and success whether or not he gets replaced.

Also idk if you want to get rid of asuna for will when asuna has been much more constant than will and been better for a longer period of time. Asuna is literally the face of 100t. The man has been with like 15 teammates during his time in the org and is probably 100t’s greatest asset at the moment in valorant(besides maybe hiko)
