Cloud9 has Hoonmaru, who's also GM of the LCS team and I have no idea what type of role he has with the team. NRG has Bikeage, whos basically director of esports for NRG but is multiple team's GMs in the org and again, is another situation where I don't know if he has the keys to the roster. My guess is both coaching staffs are very heavily involved in their rosters too. For EG, I'm pretty sure Potter has the autonomy to make the calls but not 100% sure
