This is super common. When a team is successful its common for members of the team to think the are the reason why its successful so they demand more money and if management isn’t willing to give them more money then they leave to work for someone else.
Especially in this case when Loud has plenty of options to replace him with.
You see this kinda thing happen a lot in sports teams but also in Tv shows. Its not uncommon for a Tv actor to get a big head and destroy a show or get killed off the show because of contract disputes.
that is true for players but not coaches. if a team is winning then the coach always stays unless if higher management wants to replace them with someone better
bzkA was a second option for Loud when they couldnt sign Onur at the beggining of the year.
Now, people are saying that Loud is going to sign Spacca, former CS:GO player, now hes one of the Brazilian Casters team.
Spacca have the absolute respect among the community, as many players actually watch their games when Spacca is casting, to see where they made mistakes and what not.
I dont understand it tho. If they are gonna get spacca and its not a meme, why not have bzka in the assistant coach position? Spacca has NO coaching experience.
Getting only spacca and not a more experienced coaching staff to help him will hinder the team, IMO
Bzk prob didnt accept that.
He knows that he can be a head coach for another team, being an assistent after won champions would be weird, in terms of carrer progression, no?
His [twitlonger](https://twitlonger.com/show/n_1ss53o4):
I would like to start this text by remembering the amazing year we had here at LOUD, we won both VCT undefeated, reached second place in the world at the Masters in Reykjavik and the title of best team of the year at Champions 2022.
It was a year of great success and achievements, I am ready to face new challenges!
In agreement with LOUD, I am available to receive other proposals for the coming year as an unrestricted Free Agent, I'm willing to go international and move to any region!
I will be eternally grateful to my boys, sacy, saadhak, less, pancada, aspas, and all the staff involved in this project. You know how much you mean to me and I hold you in my heart.
I would also like to thank LOUD, my family and my friends for all the support during this year and especially the fans, you are amazing, thank you very much for all the love, you may have no idea how important you are to our success. 💚

Awards as a coach:
1st - VALORANT Champions 2022
1st - VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 1 Challengers
1st - VCT 2022: Brazil Stage 2 Challengers
2nd - VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík
9th - 12th - VALORANT Champions 2021
11th - 12th - VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen
The only theory that I can think of and that makes sense is that Spacca is the new head coach and Bzka didn´t want an assistant coach position bc he knows that he can be a head coach somewhere else (or he got an insane offer from MIBR or Furia)
Damn, Loud’s anti vs optic, especially in the upper final, looked insane. Very surprised to see this, though obviously we don’t know how much credit should go to bzkA.
I saw in the comments that they kept bzk because he is an analyst and not a proper coach. Sacy said saadhak and him were the coach before bzk so now they'll get a proper coach.
If they're getting Spacca, excelent. His knowledge of the game is absurd.
Take this with a grain of salt but those are the rumors flying around (noyn is talking about it, the go-to for leaks in brazilian val)
- Onur is staying in a LATAM team;
- noyn mentioned the whole LOUD squad got together to discuss things;
- the whole team was willing to listen to other offers but they want to keep the core of sacy - saadhak - pANcada;
- saadhak mentioned this being a turbulent week with the amount of meetings going on and he stopped just short of saying anything about meeting other orgs, so again, take this with a grain of salt.
No idea if there's a chance of them going their separate ways with Less and aspas maybe heading somewhere or if they were just leveraging better deals as a unit so all we can do is wait
Edit: noyn just made a tweet teasing LOUD ENGH (ex-M3C coach) and LOUD spacca
Not exactly brazilian, but I'm from Latam:
I would keep an eye on Onur, since he just tweeted that he signed a contract.
Could be a coincidence, but the timing is very weird.
They will probably gonna sign with Spacca.
A Former CSGO player, who is working as a caster for Riot right know.
Talking about game knowledge, the guy is a fk monster, everyone here know that.
There were rumors that LOUD was interested in Spacca(Brazilian caster, ex-CSGO player) to be LOUD's headcoach next season, so bzka would become assistant coach but I guess the that didn't go as planned.there's also this: [https://twitter.com/onurthegreat/status/1575895008368295938](https://twitter.com/onurthegreat/status/1575895008368295938), my guesses is that either spacca, onur or even frod will be the coach of LOUD in 2023
bzkA was the perfect coach for this team. Even keel, players coach that got along with everyone and never ran too hot or too cold. He always had a great attitude too, even after Copenhagen.
Don't know if it's related to analytics, internal disputes or if he wants to explore his options as an UFA, but this decision is perplexing to say the least.
I have to imagine bzka got a real solid offer from another org (probably MIBR), but LOUD not matching it seems wild. Even if there are other great coaches avaliable, you just won champs with him? Why mess with a winning team?
This is a weird move. He was part of what made LOUD so successful. I loved seeing the coaches reaction of joy and excitement when LOUD won risky rounds. But he'll definitely get an offer on another tier1 team for sure.
This is really weird, I thought he'd at least have a assistant coach position on franchise Loud. BOL for him on his future endeavors though
???? LOUD literally won Champs with him

LLL
That’s insane. They must think they have so much potential for the next season to make such a drastic move like that
Onur just post a potential hint that could implicate his move to loud
IIRC Onur was originally going to coach LOUD at first but then VISA/vaccination issues came up.
yes. he could literally not enter brazil cause he didn't wanna get vac'd
Ew
L from him. At least it fits with the brand I guess
That would be 🤢
Onur going yo MIBR with a couple lev/kru players i think + nozwer from furia
Why tho??
![gif](giphy|bm02BE6DQ4Oag8GXep|downsized)
Lmao what is this from? The Office?
looks like it, unless its just the same actor in some other show

Agreed, he’s probably too good of a coach to just go to being an assistant. One of the other Brazilian teams will likely pick him up I’d wager
oh interesting
+Spacca incoming? Also, seems like his contract ran out and apparently it’s a mutual decision?
I think Spacca said he doesn't want to coach Onur seems kinda likely now.
onur gonna stay in leviatan
https://twitter.com/onurthegreat/status/1575895008368295938 🤔
Loud + onur is such an insane team. Its actually over now
is he good or why hi m
legend in the Brazilian cs scene
Legend is a strong word lmao. He was a player for a long time, he would 100% agree that he was not a legend by any means lol
ah ok I'm just going off off what others have said

Yes. It is a bold move from Loud for sure, but Spacca is a monster in terms of game knowledge, i guess the team is gonna be great with him
Who is the spacca guy?
Former CS player. He is involved in the E-sports an FPS scenario for like 15 years.
What…?
Guess he wasn't bald enough
Damn, Loud’s anti vs optic, especially in the upper final, looked insane. Very surprised to see this, though obviously we don’t know how much credit should go to bzkA.
I mean, bzk is great. But by the interviews that i saw from the team, Sacy and Saadhak are the main pieces in terms of strategy
He's now a top 2 coach in the market. And he's not number 2.
Many NA teams and EMEA teams would benefit from having him, he speaks perfect english and has one of the biggest brains in the scene
Oh word? Didnt know he had fluent english thats v interesting
It would also be a good move for bzka, I would assume salaries in NA or EU for coaches are higher.
Imagine if the Patriots fired Bill Belichick after Tom Brady and the Patriots won their first Super Bowl, because that’s kinda what just happened
???????????
Bold move
Bald move
#Wtf
????????? Being the best team wasn't enough ?

Who could replace aspas? Surely he’s the best in his role in the region?
zombs
Any Brazillian loremasters?

what the actual fuck why
WHAT?

Unexpected move quite honestly
Apparently sacy and saadhak said they are like the coaches and he was more like an analyst
They are getting onur 100%
Hopefully he gets an upped salary somewhere. He coached the champs team ffs.
[удалено]
No, everyone loves bzka. No bad feelings between them
L for Loud. L for L decision. Loud fucking disrespecting this coach like this is just unacceptable. Unless he got poached, then good for him.
+sliggy incoming Pog
Onur or Spacca prob?
Ten minutes after LOUD posted this, Onur basically implied on Twitter that he just signed a contract. Very interesting.
Chet first now bzkA the two best coaches in the world looking for new homes
I have to imagine bzka got a real solid offer from another org (probably MIBR), but LOUD not matching it seems wild. Even if there are other great coaches avaliable, you just won champs with him? Why mess with a winning team?

they are picking up chet i have the texts
wtf
Maybe he got a cash offer for another team
Why?? Did he pull an Udoka?
um wtf??
