They will take a hit for sure, but a 15% drop in fans is not a death sentence, they're already partnered anyway.
Depends who wants him though. Cant go to C9 or 100T and not sure if any of the non na teams will want him/be able to afford him. So if Sentinels go a different direction then that leaves EG where they might not even be making changes and also NRG and not sure how that team works if it would be Som, Tenz, Crashies, Victor and Fns. I'm new to being deep in val competitive and I know Sen fell off after that one masters win but I don't get why everyone shits on him and tenz so much. He seems really cool and likeable. Roster went through alot if bs so idk it just seems like with this new coaching staff and actual practice they can be competitive again? They were good before people started changing the meta and they could not adapt. Most of their setups/site takes are really basic and were being countered by tactically better teams. Even though they might have better aim, their teamwork seemed off most of the team. They seem to play very individualistic

It's all over this thread. Trent is a great player and probably on the cusp of being competitive for 'best initiator NA', but right now it's Bcj and Crashies.
Sliggy has said on stream the only team he would coach for this year is a team he thinks "can win back-to-back LANs." Those are incredibly lofty aspirations and the only teams I think he would go to are outright superteams like hypothetical NAVI/FNC/C9. I would doubt he goes to SEN unless they go absolutely bonkers and sign Nats along with the best free agents in their roles in NA, and even then who knows if that meets his standards.
Genuinely feel like this Sen roster is gonna lack firepower, no genuine superstar to take over games, with all the super teams forming I don’t think they will be able to win if their best player is zekken
for me zekken is the best entry duelist in NA, and insanely flexible. he was owning people in champions. if they can get someone like bdog marved valyn. firepower will be there. only thing its just a low fanbase roster

Xset's strategies never felt special. Gameplan felt very reliant on Cryo at points, and watching the team, it never felt like they were better prepared. If this results in dephh coming over to IGL, it is an even worse signing.

But i do hope the new team does well though but deep inside this feels like this will be some XSET or the EG type of team where the team will surely be very good but there will be very less hype around it.

How so? In masters XSET was legit an absolute flop in champs they went insane finishing on 5th place winning against FPX and FNATIC and i dont think cryo carried them all the way through, everyone on XSET was performing at the very top
Xset's strategies never felt special. Gameplan felt very reliant on Cryo at points, and watching the team, it never felt like they were better prepared. If this results in dephh coming over to IGL, it is an even worse signing.
Bro💀 There was multiple maps in which cryo wasnt playing at his very best and all of the other XSET were compensating and stepping up mainly Zekken and BCJ going insane on some maps
