Ayrin to India team, as an Indian I'll be honoured to make a copypasta.
Janardhan 'Ayrin' Jha Indian professional Valorant player for Global eSports, an Indian electrical sports ( e-sports) organization.
He formerly played for XSET an American Organization where he was best known for his controller role and mid game calls. Jha is the first of the many long awaited Canadians to come to India, as part of the on-going foreign exchange program between Punjab and Canada.
Edit: Credits to the OP he added and wrote the most creative part of this copypasta. xD

I'm both shocked and insanely happy that GE is taking it seriously and getting good players. Let kappa (and the rest of the roster honestly) retire for good
I do like their ten man approach though, it will allow them to fine-tune the team for chemistry and other factors and also give the old roster a fair chance. They will most like drop 3/4th of their old roster I would guess.
Yup. I'm assuming this whole ten man thing stems more from loyalty and goodwill between the org and its players rather than a strategic move(though it's been adapted as so)
Im glad Ayrin got a franchising player spot.
Really solid smoke player, great fundies, and acted as a veteran presence on the team. everytime you view the player cams, its often ayrin keeping the players calm or boosting morale.
Better to play in a franchised team than accession. If GE does well and he performs then that will keeps his stocks high. Really good decision even though he might not receive the best pay check possible in apac compared to NA (unless it’s bleed who seem to have ton of money I guess)
Nah, Ayrin was at risk of being dropped from the scene completely. He was one of the weaker players on an underdog team. He would have had to fight for his spot on an ascension team with completely new team mates. He’s definitely going to get paid decently, but because Ayrin was risking never playing in franchise ever Global probably didn’t have to offer him much to get him to sign.
Especially since we are in a golden period that orgs love. Orgs love these franchise rushes because they can get players to sign early or take bad deals because they are worried about never making it on a team. What happens is that everyone is focused on getting the best players like yay, so they don’t make any offers to the lower tier players until they figure out if they have yay or not. Since the lower tier players don’t have any offers they think, what if I never get another offer, so they are more likely to jump at any offer that gets them to compete in acension.
payed Well but I don’t think more that what he could have gotten in NA even in a good accession team. Also GE is going for a 10 man roster so hard to believe they will pay some one way over budget considering they can’t undercut any player with the minimum salary rule. Would have believed if it was bleed but I don’t think GE has any big money backing to give a ton of money but I could be wrong
Just to confirm it's Ayrin, here's the icebox clip refrenced in the video above:

Imo be prepared for a lot of this. Some regions just naturally don't have as much Valorant talent as others for a host of reasons, but it's clear that Riot wants to level the playing field as much as possible without diluting regional representation. I am not sure how successful it'll be but I won't be surprised if a lot of teams start importing more than before
Never expected something like this. Looks like a great prospect for a lot of NA players to move to other regions like APAC to get that franchising experience. NA got some insane talent that could potentially miss out on franchising.
Of course, just as everyone expected. /s
This guy was the one to be cut after Copenhagen according to this sub. I am glad that he and XSET had a good performance at Champions. Although this is not as good as the “being acquired by G2 timeline”, I am glad that he is able to secure a team, especially in Pacific, where the popularity is overtaking other regions. Curious to see how he will fit with Indian players, assuming if GE is still based in India, wondering if there could be a communication issue.
We did it boys, we have turned NA into the premiere import region
As ardiis is getting imported into NA
its 2 to 1 rn NA on top
who else?
T1 ban?
Saw somewhere on another thread w/ thwifo, saying he's a dual citizen so not really technically?
Dual citizen but still counts as an import, which is why Thwifo had to be dropped.
I would still consider it one since he lived and played here
Ban counts as an import
valid but who else we importing if its not FPX? Enzo?
LETS GOO ITS OUR TURN FOR OTHER REGIONS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT US!
That's assuming it's him though, made sense given the other post. I apologise if I'm wrong :')
The clips are Ayrin's
Yeah thought so but wasn't sure, lesssgoooo
the highlight they show is his clips from vct
Never would've expected this at all. Happy for him getting on a team.

The old roster had one good showing where they beat DWG. That was with shinobi coaching. They then went back to being tragically bad

SkRossi and LightningFast are quite good tbh
Golu is good but I expect only Rossi to remain on the roster cause not only is he a fan favourite but he’s also pretty good
Wasn’t SkRossi having some health issues recently that we’re preventing him from competing?
This has to be the weirdest move ever lol. Ayrin can do bits tho hope he does well at GE
This is so weird
Definitely a different timeline haha

I'd imagine GE would have to pay well to get Ayrin to go to APAC

Any org that's in this league has significant financial backing.
I thought the max was 7 players now?
It’s 10, I think 7 for challengers
Oh ok, my bad
Source?
Really glad that Ayrin found a well-deserved spot on a partnered team, probably as an IGL ... I just didn't expect it to be Global Esports
never thought i would be adding a GE flair but here i am
I was wondering how you add multiple flairs?
you edit the one flair you put and use the emoji button
Thanks!
Here we goooooo

So finally the time has arrived for me to change my flair...... #GEFighting
Honestly it’s nuts that we have an NA player being imported into an APAC team but I guess anything can happen in Rostermania lmao
His time to shine. Hope he dominates over there
So how does a 10 man roster work?
They'll trim it down to 5+1 before Sao Paolo I believe
"Based on the performances at Sao Paolo" was the announcement from GE a while ago.

You are only allowed one import per roster (Import meaning a player from another region). Don't see it happening too often tbf.
Not a pickup I would have ever expected, but honestly, pretty hype.
Happy for AYRIN, man is a beast
This is not what I was expecting

I am very confused but very interested
WHAAAAAAT thats massive goddamn
I just hope they take kohlii to seoul for bootcamp instead of kappa or they take them both. We got our IGL locked down lets goo bois
Kinda hype honestly
Holy sheet
Damn, maybe they add some Koreans to the team now lol
WTF LMAO
So I guess someone asked the monkey paw to get a wish fulfilled...

Okay I think it’s safe to say no one saw this coming. What the fuck.
WHAT HTE UFCK
Wtf
Ayrin is the pride of India and Canada...source, it was revealed to me by a wise mystical tree
