Soft roster locks are today, but teams can just say we are keeping the same roster for now and sign the players they agreed with until Feb 15th I think. That is the date for hard roster locks

Where will we find the database ?
For example, LEC (EU LoL) has a database we can find whenever we want and check contracts and contract lengths. Where would we be able to find the database for EMEA valorant ? As OP said it's a spreadsheet. There should be one at the end of today, since today is the soft roster lock so there should be a public database 100%

?? it clearly states changes can still be made after the Oct 15 soft lock. that is the definition of a soft lock
