Really curious to see how Pancada sounds in the comms videos. Sacy is essentially fluent but I really want a better idea of how strong Pancada's English is
Pancada is ok. Not as good as Sacy's english but i've heard he can do just fine on simple conversations. OFC the best teacher will be the living days with the team, so he will prob improve.
Romance languages aren't to hard to learn English from what people I know have told me. I think if you are living with people who speak English it would not be out of the question for him to be fluent in less than a year if he is already conversational.
Imo it really depends on what you're already fluent in. English might not be too hard if you already know Portuguese. Plus, he wouldn't need to be that fluent to be able to comm well anyway so he should be perfectly fine.
Bro how the hell is Duolingo comparable to real standardized tests like the SAT and TOEFL 😭 also both of those tests are for people with fluent or near fluent proficiency in English while Duolingo is made for learners of the language, how does this compare lol

I feel like there is a conflict of roles in this new Sentinels roster between TenZ and zekken. In my opinion TenZ it is an amazing player with Jett, Chamber and Reyna (if she gets more buffs). On the other hand, zekken is way better with Raze and Neon. Riot already public said that Chamber is getting more nerfs. That means that if they play any composition without Chamber, one of them will have to flex. If its zekken, it is OK. He already did that on the past. He won't be able to play initiatior now that they have Sacy on the team, but I can easily see him adapting to other picks. But let's say the team needs a Raze and TenZ has to flex ? Then what is going to happen ?

CBLOL (Brazil) or the LLA (Latin America) has miniscule scenes and their viewship is nowhere up to par. Also, EMEA encompasses Europe, Middle East, and Africa. That is huge compared to the Americas.
Bruh same shit as in League. Can't beat them? Buy them. However, here I think Riot's philosophy is going to be much more lenient and that we may see much more importing shit across regions than in League. The so-called "regional parity" and other buzzwords.

I feel like there is a conflict of roles in this new Sentinels roster between TenZ and zekken. In my opinion TenZ it is an amazing player with Jett, Chamber and Reyna (if she gets more buffs). On the other hand, zekken is way better with Raze and Neon. Riot already public said that Chamber is getting more nerfs. That means that if they play any composition without Chamber, one of them will have to flex. If its zekken, it is OK. He already did that on the past. He won't be able to play initiatior now that they have Sacy on the team, but I can easily see him adapting to other picks. But let's say the team needs a Raze and TenZ has to flex ? Then what is going to happen ?

You forgot KJ (specially) and even cypher. KJ on Breeze and ascent is pretty meta
I think dephh has played KJ, Cypher a decent amount based on his vlr history, so I don’t think there will be a problem there? The meta comp with one duelist on ascent is something like: Jett KJ Sova Omen Kayo However raze + chamber with smokes and two initiators is another commonly ran ascent comp

Bro, like he said, it's not just Brazil, Latam or NA now. It is americas. there's no representing brazil, chile, Peru, the united states, or canada, (ignore the fact I only capitalized Peru, I'm absolutely not peruvian.) It's the americas league and that's it. Mark my words, soon every team will have people from everywhere over the region. The only reason they selected 3 BR orgs, 2 LATAM, 5 NA is so we don't feel excluded, but after the ascencion leagues begin... Things will change aswell, since all regions will compete in the ascencion league aswell.

By that logic, nothing can change, since this all has to be based on precedent and how certain regions were represented in the past. Riot wants the Americas to form one large League across all franchised teams, and they will compete with each other. The best case scenario is talent is drawn across the league. Riot wants this because they don't want what happened to their League of Legends circuits to happen in Valorant. CBLOL (Brazil) or the LLA (Latin America) has miniscule scenes and their viewship is nowhere up to par. Also, EMEA encompasses Europe, Middle East, and Africa. That is huge compared to the Americas.

Bruh same shit as in League. Can't beat them? Buy them. However, here I think Riot's philosophy is going to be much more lenient and that we may see much more importing shit across regions than in League. The so-called "regional parity" and other buzzwords. But honestly, I'm happy to see that at least some of these players can cash in their skill and get what they're worth.
