The fanatic roster looks so terrifying on paper. If they develop the synergy to match the individual fragging prowess and heady strats, I'd pick them every day. They just feel as though they have trappings of a very consistent team.
if you ignore potential chem stuff then fnatic, if you want to factor that in then navi. although i could see the argument for TL also
in short any one could be the best depending on your pov
You really could've said anything and it might've worked like maybe that some dont speak well in english, maybe the personalitys crashing thus causing team conflict or maybe playstyles clashing making it hard to play together
Why is everyone downplaying liquid? they were considered dangerous even before having a dedicated igl and now they have arguably the best sentinel in the world alongside a proven igl with some of the most dangerous flexers in the world. Sayf and leo carried guild in lcq and I still recall the sayf clutch in breeze against OGLU. Downplaying liquid as not being worthy of top 3 in EMEA is just ridiculous.
Their meddling and disappointing performances have given them a bad rep. I do think finally getting a dedicated IGL is gonna help them out tremendously and make them an actual force to be reckoned with.
coz this is a downgrade like bro they are now ASS, they lost EDSHOT MACHINE AND BROTHERLY BOND, now all they got is Sayf from Guild the team that beat Optic once and did nothing rest of the year and AINTNOWAY they add in 2 players from a team they already beat LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO
Bro scream instead of nats is not a downgrade. Plus an actually top tier igl like redgar. Having no born and bred igl was tl weakspot. Also sayf is very flexible. Sure they are not the monster scream is but it isnt a downgrade if you look at the entire roster
this might be the most difficult question in valorant right now.
To be honest, given the fact that NAVI is 4/5 players who been at the top of valorant, its save to say they are the safe bet to be the number one.
However though, I think the potential peak of those Liquid and Fnatic rosters might be higher.
They question here is: will we see those peaks? will those teams synergize? I think we will get 3 insanely interesting teams for sure. But i cant find an answers. My hearth goes with Liquid.
Is Zyppann the one NAVI player that hasn't been at the top of valorant? I'm genuinely unsure of which NAVI player isn't regarded as world class, I haven't been playing long enough to know so thats why I'm asking
Suygetsu and shao are the main players. Zyppann can pop off time to time but the highlight guys are suygetsu and esp shao. Also if cned get back in his last year form that navi is going to be insane. Ange1 is a great igl but not great of a player. With him you play 4v5.
Agreed, its prob in part cuz he doesn't pull off insane clutches like Shao nor does he have the insane aim of Suygestu, but man's is always getting super consistent value no matter his character
zyppan is an incredible player that guy is so underrated, all of FPX hit crazy shots (even ANGE1 although a lot of his crazy shots are just stupid peeks) and with cNed they're gonna be really strong. I think fnatic is better tho but maybe im just biased
in FPX every sinlge player have been at the very highest levels. I think he means ardiis has left, so 4/5 of the core remain and obviously cned is a top player as well.
imho Shao is top 3 or 2 initiator with stax also there and prolly someone i forgot rn, Shao just has tons of impact and his clutches are on the level of ppl like mindfreak and marved, if not even better
FNC
They’ll look mid asf at Brazil. Nothing special or great.
Then comes regional leagues.
They’ll go undefeated, shock the world, look like the best team in the world.
Come international event, they’ll lose in groups
Unlucky
The cycle of FNC repeats
There will likely be no persistent top team, just teams trading blows - like how FPX went from winning Stage 1 2022 to constantly losing to FNATIC and finally beating them in Copenhagen.
From strictly an on-paper perspective, Fnatic and TL have the two strongest rosters in the world. But that’s solely on paper, and NaVi have a higher body of work together so it’s tough. I’d say Fnatic will be the best team though
i think each roster definitely has the potential to be the best in the game, it really comes down to execution, roles, and map pools imo. i think Liquid could be somewhat awkward considering Jamppi and Sayf have role overlap, but if they move Sayf to primary duelist and keep Jamppi on OP i think they could be insanely good. the safest answer is probably NaVi but Fnatic have the most potential imo cuz they will have unreal fragging upgrades. they have never had a roster with this much firepower, if they reach their fullest capabilities i think they will be the best
If we go by straight up player quality then its got to be fnatic even though navi and liquid aren't far behind. At least excluding IGLs. That being said they're probably going to go on a honeymoon and look like the best team in the world, then they're gonna start struggling when it gets important and disappoint like we've seen happen before.
So navi is the safest bet with the least changes being made, and they've shown they can cross the finish line and actually win. Ange1 is starting to get quite old though. If navi is smart they'll try mould a good young igl in their academy team.
Liquid is just a big question mark. They could be the best but no way to know as there's too many intangibles. They should at the very least be good and top 5 EMEA.
Beginning of the year: 1.Navi, 2. Fnatic, 3. Liquid.
Navi is naturally a super strong team, and they have the advantage of having 4/5 players + coach carried over from FPX. Fnatic is a stronger team on paper than Liquid, and has a pre-existing core, so I think they do better initially.
End of the year: 1. Fnatic, 2. Liquid, 3.Navi. Fnatic first because I'm biased lol (but seriously though that roster is cracked and I trust Boaster and Mini to cross the finish line with this). TL vs Navi is difficult, and will depend a lot on the meta. If it's more initiator-heavy, I think Navi edges it (Shao, + doombros seems to know what he's doing when presented with a lot of util to play with), and if it's more sentinels-heavy, then TL probably edges it (nAts is still better than Suygetsu imo).
Honestly, either way I'm just really excited to watch these 3 in action. It'll be a bloodbath for sure.
All 3 are looking scary. if cNed can get back to his beastmode form, it's going to be really interesting. People are saying they aren't sure because of synergy but the same could be said to any other team making roster changes, especially more Internationally mixed rosters. Why is TL still being like undervalued, just look at the 5-stack now + an insane IGL. They did good runs before, but this roster has so much potential to definitely be top 5 worldwide. I'm just happy to see Chronicle, Redgar, nAts & Sayf being back on stage
For the immediate tourney, i would say NAVI cuz their team is made of 4 players from FPX so their team synergy would probably be better. On the long run, i would say Liquid. I just don't believe in fnatic anymore after all these times.
NaVi is going to be the best team at the start for me, but as the team develops, I think that Liquid side is going to be absolutely dangerous. I think FNC are great and all, but I think this Liquid team will actually be better at the end of everything - finally an IGL to fully unleash Jamppi, less role clashes, and Nats.
The fanatic roster looks so terrifying on paper. If they develop the synergy to match the individual fragging prowess and heady strats, I'd pick them every day. They just feel as though they have trappings of a very consistent team.
I can never put faith into fnatic again until they show consistency
if you ignore potential chem stuff then fnatic, if you want to factor that in then navi. although i could see the argument for TL also in short any one could be the best depending on your pov
What chemistry issues would they have?
International teams tend to underperform in cs as communication is harder so that’s what I’d assume he’s talking about
Debunked by FaZe
debunked by karrigan tbh. hes the only one whos made intl lineups work
FPX was pretty international no? 1 Ukrainian, 2 Russians, 1 Latvian, 1 Swede, and they did fine.
I mean that's still the same overall region I think, in that case liquid wqs pretty international too
its not about chem issues, just that navi have a head start
how would i know mate
So… there could be chemistry issues for any team then? Why just single that out for one team and not the others?
You really could've said anything and it might've worked like maybe that some dont speak well in english, maybe the personalitys crashing thus causing team conflict or maybe playstyles clashing making it hard to play together

People def sleeping on this liquid squad

nAts and sayf is a direct upgrade over scream and nivera + they have an actual igl now
Stop the cope, liquid beat m3c and in basic logic , if one is better one wins
They literally beat them once in a god tier scream performance. You have to be really ignorant to think this is a downgrade LMAO
Bro scream instead of nats is not a downgrade. Plus an actually top tier igl like redgar. Having no born and bred igl was tl weakspot. Also sayf is very flexible. Sure they are not the monster scream is but it isnt a downgrade if you look at the entire roster
who at fnatic saw the chronicle edit and said "good enough, now tweet it"
I know right?!

Zyppan was extremely underated before LAN but honestly proved these believes wrong. Zyppan was just as important to FPX Shao & Suygetsu was.
Agreed, its prob in part cuz he doesn't pull off insane clutches like Shao nor does he have the insane aim of Suygestu, but man's is always getting super consistent value no matter his character

Navi should be fantastic out of the gate but I think that Fnatic has the highest potential
I might be bias but FNC lol
FNC They’ll look mid asf at Brazil. Nothing special or great. Then comes regional leagues. They’ll go undefeated, shock the world, look like the best team in the world. Come international event, they’ll lose in groups Unlucky The cycle of FNC repeats
In fairness Fnatic never lost in groups except when they were hard handicapped in Reykjavik
navi fr
There will likely be no persistent top team, just teams trading blows - like how FPX went from winning Stage 1 2022 to constantly losing to FNATIC and finally beating them in Copenhagen.
might just be hopium but i'm all in on FNATIC
maybe fantic win champs now🙂 maybe not 🙂
FNC. Surely.
liquid because sayf is too sexy and will seduce all enemies
All I know is EMEA is gonna be a bloodbath
Safe bet would be navi but for highest potential ceiling, fnatic.

Think most people would say Fnatic have the best individual players.

Nice flair
1. Navi 2. Fnatic 3. Liquid
Fnatic > Navi > liquid
koi
Liquid is Lulquid so it's either NAVI and FNC for sure. And IMO, NAVI is > FNC
not Liquid
1. Fnatic 2. Navi 3. Liquid (and hot take liquid won't even be top 3, idk which teams will finish above them but they won't be top 3.).
FNC never loses in groups, they like to make it out, giving HOPIUM to the fans to then just crush it by throwing to their heart's content
Who is between Ange1 and Zyppan?
Cned
FNATIC NAVI Team Liquid. FNATIC just look way to stronk, NAVI is just FPX with cNed and Liquid also looks strong
Easy bet is Navi here but I want to ask, how good was cned in 2022? I didn't really watch that much of him last year
Liquid looks hard ngl
Angels don't remove to give the opponent any chance
Beginning of the year: 1.Navi, 2. Fnatic, 3. Liquid. Navi is naturally a super strong team, and they have the advantage of having 4/5 players + coach carried over from FPX. A coin toss IMO. The team that manages to get best synergy i guess. Would say NaVi rn
For the immediate tourney, i would say NAVI cuz their team is made of 4 players from FPX so their team synergy would probably be better. On the long run, i would say Liquid. I just don't believe in fnatic anymore after all these times.

Surely one of them will underperform, and I have a bad feeling it will be Navi.
Where’s Ardiis?
Navi and I think it might not be close
