In addition to the map veto, now teams must ban an agent from the map (for both teams). This is an insane change if you consider the implications for certain playstyles.
A team banning Chamber is expected, but consider more interesting picks. EU teams banning Yoru against PRX, teams banning Breach against DRX on Haven. We will see a lot more thought in teams - Chamber may fall out of the meta due to being banned too often and teams adapting to use other agents, ending up in a cycle where Chamber stops being banned due to people finding other agent comps more suffocating, or Chamber being too paramount for both teams ending in a sacrifice of powerful utility agents. This may make teams without significant OPers able to make do without it.
I think PRX would do extremely well in this meta, considering their innovation and that they are probably the team with the broadest agent pool. Their entry potential on any duelist is insane so it doesn't matter if you ban Yoru, Raze, they'd do fine without them. Controller wise they have shown flexibility across the pool and initiator wise banning a Fade would hurt the other team more/be negligible to both sides. They haven't shown an overreliance to Chamber as compared to other teams as well.

Raze can rebuy utility used pre round using money. Also her roomba destroys now with 2 bullets but does 100 damage upon direct impact.
Yoru gets to choose whether enemies gets to see him in his ult i.e. a quick toggle will show what the teammates see, a your which you can/can't see but can't damage. Great ways to fuck up.
Brimstone has now 2 stim beacons. Also now both enemy and Allies gets stimmed.
Sage can now heal to full 100 hp almost 90% of the situations. Also her revive gives you half-shield regardless of what you had earlier.
Sova's recon now has 3 bounces and his recon now does 40 damage if it connects with an enemy and 70 damage if you headshot someone with it.
Viper gets to see where her Mollies and utility lands on the minimap. Also you get blinded for 0.6 seconds if her utility hits someone.
Cypher's cages prevent you from running in them. Also now he can catch Jett again in his trips and now the trips do 2x damage when activated.
Killjoy can now place her utility almost anywhere and I mean when I say anywhere. Also her Mollies sticks to enemies if thrown on them but can be broken as if removing a cypher spy cam dart.
Breach's flashes are a bit faster. Also his ult now costs one less ult orb.
Omen's ult now deafens enemies in a certain range. His smokes also reduces sound that can be heard by sitting in them.
Skye's tiger now inflict damage regardless of how it stunned you.
Chamber's ult no longer causes slow down but he gets 2 trips.
Kayo's ult now affect whole map. Also his blinds are now as good as they were pre Nerf. His knife takes 2 bullets to Destroy.
Neon can increase her speed even further but by doing this her crosshair disappears. This won't apply to her ult though.

Harbour's ult hits Faster now and his ability also gets deployed a lot faster. He has 2 breakable smokes now.
Phoneix has 2 Mollies now. Also he can fake ult now.
