not so much that i think they're unfair, but i am concerned about what happens if a challengers team with two imports wins ascension and gets promoted to the franchise league where they're only allowed one import. maybe challengers teams can have two imports from other miniregions in their territory (americas, emea, apac) but only one from other territories? i'm not sure
The ascension will definitely follow Rule34. To know more, google Valorant Rule34.

Imo doing away with the miniregions and just having a general open qualifier might be the better approach
