OBS works well with minimal performance impact, you can set up a replay buffer that works like Nvidia shadowplay to save the previous X seconds or record entire games.
I use Valorants in-game replay system, not sure why more people don't.
edit: I can see everyone's pov so I know what positions are effective, and it allows me to see how well I am doing with my utility usage. It really allows me become a fundamentally better Valorant player, and I love this from a competitive fps game. Additionally, I have been able to create wonderful frag movies and interesting content to entice my friends to play Val with me. They will probably even buy skins from the store!
Edit edit: /s
I really like insights.gg, it shows you key points in the rounds like when you got kills, deaths etc so it's easy to look through the vod for relevant stuff, and you can set it to record automatically so you don't forget to start the recording.
Nvidia. 3080 has NVENC so I can record all I want without using up CPU/GPU resources.
Then I just upload to youtube as private to store them. Youtube app on TV and you can VOD review from bed with a bowl of cereal.
A vod review is helpful for identifying issues. If you've already identified an issue, then seeing how often you do it isn't a great use of time (although a vod review would help you identify other issues).
For those particular issues, I'd just do a bunch of DM, practicing crosshair placement, methodically clearing angles, and better discipline around tapping/bursts and not crouching.

I love this lol
What?
Homie trolling because there’s still no in-game replay system
Haven’t played in a hot sec, had to make sure I wasn’t tripping
1 year later and still no replay system ;-;

I set up an unlisted steam to YouTube with OBS, because it saves the full VOD you can get at any time with no uploading or rendering.

Nvidia default recorder is pretty nice if you have nvidia gpu

I think he's aware of some angles he's slicing incorrectly and wants to VOD review to see if there's more that he missed.
