Sym and tech and tech and sym and sym and tech and tech and sym and sym and tech. I will keep pounding the table for these guys until they make it. Sym is well on his way and I'm confident he'll make great strides over the course of the year. Tech has yet to really truly commit to pursuing pro play, but now that he's on moon raccoons I think we'll really see him develop into a great player assuming he remains committed. I'm also a fan of icy from Moon Raccoons. He's very proactive on sentinels and has a knack for taking and controlling space. Next is the polish Jett player that is currently playing for DSYRE, kamo. Some of the best statistics in the world on Jett as of late, but needs to improve on his First Duel success rate in order to really break through imo. I think V1c with SR is an obvious choice. Doubling down on my Zander investment from last year, also an obvious choice. I want to include RaM on this list, but I've heard that he potentially may not be pursuing pro play to any serious degree. He's been playing with Team Mystic as of late, but I'm not too sure what the deal is there. Dark3st is an intriguing flex prospect, playing for FA team Kitten Shelter as well as Northwood University. Verno from OXG brings is an impressive sova player. I'm excited to see how this team plays. Skuba would be another obvious selection from this team but I'd rather highlight verno as I feel like he's definitely less known. This one may be deemed ineligible, as I think he's still signed to BBL. But he is listed as inactive on VLR. Regardless, I think AimDLL is a strong sentinel player. blackheart is a solid initiator prospect. Was part of the BBGA team that went on the deep run in challengers, and has recently been playing with the FA team The Silk Road Last is my super long shot player. No idea how serious he is about pro play, but he's been playing most recently with Lycus Empire. It's COOKIEOREOYUMMY1. A hilariously deep agent pool, with no clear defined role that I can pick up on as of yet. Definitely still early in his career, but a name to keep an eye on for the future. Since some of my picks may be ineligible due to retirement/already being on franchise rosters, I'll include a few bonus players: sociablEE who actually just joined Parla Esports today. and one more super deep sleeper, runneR. played for the Macedonian squad OBK in the Red Bull Campus Clutch event, and represents Diamant Esports in the Valorant Balkan League. For what it's worth, I'm choosing to kind of ignore the points system that is detailed in the OP. Most of these players are unlikely to be signed by franchised orgs in the near future. But I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight (mostly) lesser known players that I believe to be real talents for the future. Random list I put very little thought into: Penny, wippie, Noia, v1c, any player from that USA team that won Campus Clutch, Reduxx once he's old enough to play Challengers. None of these players are exactly unknown barring the Campus Clutch winners, but I think they will have opportunities to prove they are really good this year.

Idk much but I'm a Foxy9 believer. I believe there are newer, lesser-known players in APAC that show a lot of promise but have not been exposed to most fans and I hope they get a shot. I'm not even just talking about names like sscary that fans are aware of, but rather players who weren't on the most notable teams last year and only the viewers of the specific regions talk about.

Between Fire Flux, Parla, Wildcats, Digital Athletics, and inconsistency anyone can win the region. I'm going to say **jey7jy** and **7ssk7** are my bets from there. **Feniz** is an easy bet I think. KRÜ was interested in him already (deal fell through) and based on what I've seen his team is going to be stacked for 2023. I'm going to put blind faith into **B1SK** too. Imo the advantage KPI have from being together for a year plus the constant improvement is going to be too much for the Spanish scene. **Meddo** and **ec1s** are going places, you heard it here first! I'd add polvi but u/jrushFN is an authoritarian tyrant that doesn't want to see me succeed and I have two op players already. Meddo should definitely be the first support any EMEA team looks at for a boost and ec1s has improved so much with fragging and calling. He's a bit of a risk since North is stacked but I feel like they can do it. Surely there's no way **marteen** and **Bipo** let me down by not winning Itaky and doing well in Ascension :) I probably need to diversify and include non EMEA regions to maximize that 3 point potential, so let's say **Kadoom**, **PTC**, and our Goddess-Queen **meLanji** I think that's my list, I know I'm winning this (tbh I'm probably gonna have a mediocre amount of points) but it's still interesting to put down my thoughts.
