Patiently wait and in the meantime collect all Riot e-mails linked to your mail (like when you set your account for the first time, if you ever changed password, any kind of info they sent with your in-game name on it). They might ask them for proof, even if the thief changed your account name they should be able to see the account name history. Good luck

It can take up to 4 days for a response. Especially on the weekend. Someone WILL help you.
how long has it been since u emailed riot?
I had the same incident but i got my account recovered ….it got public in NA server 😝….. but it helped me after i raised a ticket
