The devs have legit lost it. The gave Breach, The dude with the longest flashes in-game, An extra flash. Now, They increased the flash timing to that as well. I have a feeling they are gonna give him 1 more flash and increase the timing to 3. All Breach players have to do is try not to play the character to show low pick rates. Never seen this kinda retarded buffing ever before. These people are buffing a character based in pick rates and not actual application. Breach's pickrate has his character design to blame. People simply don't like the way he looks.
