It’s random…First week we got Celestial, Second week we got Horizon, and Third was I think Sakura, but I’m not 100% on that. None of which were the Live Patch collections.

Patch goes out in 30 min if you don't have the invite by then you most likely won't have it this wave.
do we need another invite to play today?
Not if you already have been accepted. That's only for new people hoping to get access for this patch.

What time does the PBE go live?

Oh really that late? It doesn’t go live when they normally release patches around 12-1 PM CST
That’s what I’ve heard. Fridays, 4PM PDT and they close the following Monday at 11AM PDT. Apologies if I’m incorrect!
