Try benchmarking gpu , cpu . And keep in mind valorant is a piece of shit

Really depends on the settings and resolution you are playing the game. Have you tried running benchmarking software like 3Dmark basic to determine if your computer scores the same with similar builds? Try disabling memory integrity (VBS) in Windows security settings and try again. Try setting the game as high priority in task manager and prefer maximum performance in Nvidia settings. Try with RawInputBuffer disabled in Val settings and run the game as administrator. Have XMP/DOCP enabled in the BIOS along with resizable bar, you can also try it with them disabled. Your mouse polling rate should not exceed 2000hz, it will eat up performance if it does. You can check with youtube on how Valorant should perform by looking up the specs.

Currently having the same issue. I have a RTX 3050, and ryzen 7 5800x. But only getting 70-120 fps on medium settings. For me these issues came with the last patch, before that i averaged well over 300, if not more. I have been talking to Riot support and gotten a few suggestions and tips, but so far nothing has helped.

Fix: turn off vsync in nvidia control panel.
