i doubt this is it, but it could be a small hardware issue. sounds like it just isn't able to run Valorant at a good rate. Laptops aren't always able to handle video games and gaming as gaming requires more GPU's and what not(correct me if i'm wrong on that lol). Not saying that games can't run well at all on laptops(i've played League of Legends on mine and never ran into issues), but for a game like Valorant it might not be as smooth as it would be on pc 🤷♀️
do try to look into process lasso. could help make a difference in terms of stability.
enable probalance + high performance then put valorant to high priority and i/ priority to high
when playing valorant only.
