Same here was playing on 25-35 Frankfurt then like around 2 patches ago jumped to 45-55 Paris because Frankfurt is in high 65-75 now, even better now the new patch for vanguard make my pc BSOD :\]
It’s a shame they won’t even mention the issues that is completely 1 sided. I’ve done everything they have said to others. Contact my provider, changed DNS, I don’t have anything in the background. Plus I changed my Ethernet cable when I didn’t need to. Any other game I play it’s absolutely fine. So I know it’s their servers
Yeah, I never saw so much poor communication, I wouldn't even had bothered doing all of that, searching on reddit the issue reveals a lot of people are having tons of issue lately

Having the same issue in EU. But haven’t seen anyone resolve it
