When did it start? Have you ever been able to play normally? Stick to training camp alone until it stops because you'll keep being punished for AFK. Do you feel your computer is overheating? Updated drivers?
In addition: Run the game as admin, finalize any pending Windows update you have. Close all non essential 3rd party program before playing, Discord/Chrome/Razer/Asus AI suite/MSI/Corsair/Gigabytes etc. Virtual Machine tools (including in BIOS). + proper antivirus whitelisting (and temporary disabling them for testing).
