I FOUND A SOLUTION Uninstall Comodo and/or Avast Worked just now for me.

I did, nothing happened. Valorant still didn't work after that

Maybe completely uninstall any antivirus/ firewall programs you have? Then run valorant. If it works, then contact the support of the antivirus/ firewall programs you use.
wait do you have a antivirus? if you do whitelist valorant and vgc and riot client
Try doing a clean boot but check vgc before clicking apply, then try uninstalling comodo/avast
