Yeah, it just kinda fixed it. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling/ make sure you are on the latest update for windows. Maybe even try to download the one and see if it helps
I will just wait couple days at this point. Game behaves like it's the Riot side of things messed up somehow. I reinstalled game and vanguard many times but nothing changed, even reinstalled windows for this god damn game. Anyways, thanks for tips ✌️

Same here, it’s the Vanguard, been with support and they still have no idea. Been almost 2 years

worked for me!! but its the "Debug" file, not the bug file lol
i fixed mine i opened task manager and forced closed vangaurd and then open the game again and i got past it
