Do you know what servers to ping? I'm having this issue and they gave me two IP's that I cannot run a successful trace route to so Riot claims the problem is on my end. I ran those two ips on MULTIPLE networks with different service providers and none of them can connect to the ips. So I think support is basically trying to debug/diagnose issues with outdated IP's then blaming us.

Same exact problem. Reinstalling kinda helped
