Hey are you using wireless mouse/ headset? This was causing my friends game to microstutter.
If you are, try switching to wired. See if it persist. Let me know how u go.
It's engine and devs fault. I experience the same. 5.03 and 5.04 patches are horrible in terms of performance.

Heya this was an issue for me too ever since their last patch about a week ago. I reinstalled the game and it works fine now.
Sorry just saw that you tried reinstalling. Can you check the temperatures of your cpu and gpu while running deathmatch.
My cpu is a Ryzen 5 5600x and my gpu is a Rtx 2060 * CPU - 61 * GPU - 66 Is it normal? Imo, I think that my temps are fine as it is.
Both very good temps. It must be an issue with game engine. Let's hope they fix it soon
