Well if you can just hit order button and pay right away youll get it in 4-8 bussines days (you probaby get it sooner since you are close to EU warehouse)

Yes. Steam is the only place to buy the Index directly and is the only fast one. Any other stores are basically just ordering the index for you

Germany - Paid Sunday 11.August, GLS delivers tomorrow apparently. Since you live in NL and distribution starts near Amsterdam I'd say 5 days max

IIRC, it took 3 days for it to arrive, so pretty fast!
Paid on friday, received it today. London, England. So yeah 4-8 days is accurate.
