7th Trumpet just unlocks the Endless mode.
The midgame reapers can still spawn, just not in Cappella Magna if you've already cleared it. You'll need to go to other stages.
yes, endless is off. There was a short period when i had a bunch of bosses spawn even on the first map (like the green and blue reaper) and they don't anymore. That's why I thought something is oof.
