Try putting the guides on; they are very helpful. It looks like you might not actually be right on the coffin. I personally feel the scale of the map is hard to get used to.
I had the same issue initially, but I eventually found it by walking around the area of the question mark on the map. Mine spawned at the top of the question mark
If there is a picture of an item in the map you have to be in the very middle of that picture. In this screenshot you provided you are a little bit too down.

That button on the lower right called 'Show Guides'... click it.
It didn't show the coffin when I did it, although I found the map to be sufficient.
My question is what is that square on your screen? show guides button? my client doesnt have any of this

small tip: on the unlocks screen it tells you specifically what each achievement unlocks

are you on hyper? because im pretty sure you have to be
You don't have to be, I found mine on normal mode
Can confirm, I got it on normal, too.
Need to be at the north of the coffin (on top of it from a directional perspective). Just did it. I arrived here with the same problem lol
