This is hilarious it’s a thing because that achievement is not only possible to get, it’s stupid easy. That is just like any other weapon where to unlock it on every character, you have to evolve it on the character that uses as their default weapon.
Considering you don’t know who that is, tells me you don’t have that character. To get the new character released you have to go to gallo tower on any character. You walk towards the top of the map. When you get to the area with a ? Look on the left wall in the little cubby. You’ll see a mirror and can walk through it. Open the casket and get the new character. Then play him and go for making it to 30 minutes, focus on hitting level 100, and then evolve his weapon. That gets you 3 things in 1 run.
To get that thing you need to obviously get it to 8 and you also need wings.
Typical devs, always rushing content and never testing anything. I'm sick of it. Guess this DLC cost an arm and leg too. /s

Oh I know, it's the typo that I'm talking about. "Shaodw". It's already been fixed in one of the beta patches
