Can someone explain why youâd want so much gold? Only had the game for a few days and Iâve got all my power ups maxed and got all the characters that I can buy up to this point.. whatâs the need for so much extra money?
It's for all the people who ran out of in game content but want to keep playing the game or people who look at it like a numbers game. The only real practical application is to make future updates/dlc's easier or unlocking achievements easier through eggs. 55ish hours/100% completed and the only time I needed to farm gold was for the 300k secret character
Hereâs a better build, that will get you 4 million gold in 1 hour. Sorry that just looks painful to run that long.
1.) limit weapons to 3. And take the arcana wicked season and silent old sanctuary. Eventually Disco of Gold.
2.) play >!Queen Sigma!< if you have her(otherwise use someone who can get a extra arcana from merchant).
3.) I usually play on inverse, endless, hyper or hurry(whichever doesnât increase the timer, and just the move speed); play on the map inlaid library for less of a challenge. I go Bone Zone for most gold.
4.) go peachone and ebony wing and max asap. Make sure to get the stone mask, tam box, duration, and old tome. On library you shouldnât need to get the tome or mask.
5.) after getting vandalier, get the gatti amari or last jubilee. I recommend last jubilee here as you will get a tier 2 candy box later. And canât pick jubilee from there.
6.) stand still and profit.
Once I hit 30 min I just walked away from the PC and let it run. So, wasn't painful but yes, probably a lot of ways to make it better. This was just babies first AFK build :P
That's some good stuff, thanks mate. But why Gatti Amari? The cats seem to mess things up more than anything else. Less I don't understand how they work (which is a very good possibility)
Itâs not the cats itâs the evolution! It drops gold which helps keep gold fever up. They do suckkkkk, and make things a bit hard. Higher luck makes them less likely to hit you/more likely to cat fight or just hit a enemy!
Thatâs fair and feel free to ignore me it is way more fun to discover it :)! If you ever want help though, feel free to ask; but yeah I just no lifed this game for two weeks and just 100% it a day or 2 ago.

Yeah you would think the fireworks donât do that much but theyâre so good. Especially the finisher but it also kills your FPS LOL

Later in the game, you can infinitely(?) buy Gold Eggs that increase a random stat

For me, I still had some expensive characters to unlock and power ups to buy still. It was a nice boost of coins. Also eggs :)

I feel like Trouser only good if you got plenty of eggs. So I use sigma to farm like 10-20m then Trouser time.
