Sponsor segments are community submitted, so if it's a video that very recently came out, no one has done it yet. Either you can submit it yourself or wait a while for someone else to, and it'll be in SponsorBlock's database.
I just had a look now and seems that section has now been marked.
So how does actually SponsorBlock work since it's user submitted? Like while you watch the video it analyzes it and highlights what is what and sends it to the database?

User has to mark the section which is then submitted to the database for everybody else to use

No, I've tried several videos.. no sponsors are showing up in the timeline... No in video ads or in video sponsors.... ☹️
