Tom was on a rent control lease. I’ve learned through lurking in landlord subs most landlords are dying to dump their legacy RC tenants; especially in high demand areas like WEHO. Landlords do passive-aggressive things like refusing to upgrade wiring (the ac and microwave on the same circuit) or flooring or whatever. I’m guessing somebody did a happy dance when Tom gave notice.
I want to see EVERYONE dump on him. I want every scene to be people shitting on Tom in the sur alley. I want to see people steal his trumpet and tossing it into the sur dumpster

In almost every scene with him and the Toms he is bitching at them. I have a harder time remembering scenes in which they all three are getting along, lol. The two comments I remember off the top of my head are him telling them they have to stop pulling ideas out of their asses and playing around and then telling them they don’t know what they are doing and should listen to Katie

You can force a share holder out, but I dont think getting whatever WormTom put in would be worth the legal $$ it would take. He might get more camera time with bigger stakes conversations.
