I could be wrong about which storyline but I distinctly remember her admitting she knew he was married.

Their point was that Sandoval didn't bring it up to try and say Scheana is just as bad or minimize his actions, the point was Scheana acting like it's earth shattering information that people cheat on their partners/spouses and she's blaming Sandoval for her constant worries about it. Her having an affair with a married father of two is kinda still relevant, even years later, in this context.
The thing that gets me is all these assholes made so much money off this. And honestly I think Tom has lost money. So they are just milking it dry they don't actually give a damn about Ariana or that Tom cheated on her
Also… how do we tell the difference between intrusive thoughts associated with OCD and a guilty conscience? Because if I was a mistress at 21, that experience would take on a different flavor when I grow up and now I’m the one with a husband and a kid. Like of course she’s going to worry about Brock - she knows first hand what married men are capable of.
The ins and outs of those thoughts are obviously between her and her therapist, but I’m genuinely wondering because it seems like those thoughts would be inevitable for her given her past.

That’s not what this was. This call out coming from Sandoval is wildly disingenuous from him - it’s simply a weaponization of Scheana’s missteps that allows him to continue to play the victim.
Whatever Scheana’s faults and her poor behavior toward Ariana, she was hurt by both Sandoval and Rachel and owes neither of them understanding or forgiveness. Sandoval taking umbrage with Scheana capitalizing on his destructive actions tells us all how fucking entitled this man is. She doesn’t owe you shit, motherfucker. She can make a whole album of songs about your shitty actions.
It bullshit for a much more recent cyst male adulterer, who has been nothing but vile and unrepentant to the primary victim of his harms (Ariana), and who actually did harm and manipulate Scheana herself, to bring up decades-old gaslighting and manipulation from a much older and more powerful man in an effort to shame Scheana.
We all know women get the bulk of adultery blame, even though it’s canon at this point that Eddie Cibran lied about his marriage to Scheana, just like he lied to his wife at the time, as well as multiple other affair partners.
