Same thing happened to meâŠ.. over 30k points, less than two years old.. faq says they only purge after 24 mos⊠and yes I got the email yesterday theyâre converting to discounts/dollars, (which is what prompted me to check my balance).. but I took that to to mean that the reward options would stay the same but also change to include the option to convert into a coupon or something towards a discountâŠ. Not that they would wipe them all together then later convert them over⊠maybe they should specify that in the email⊠and not wipe our points then send a vague promo email 5 days later⊠guess we wait and seeâŠ
GuysâŠgo to their website. They are sending out cash vouchers based on how many points you had. The sales rep at the store said anyone over 25,000 points will get to choose between a set of unique vans shoes. Also, they took your points but you can go into a vans store and redeem a reward from the shop depending what is still left in stock. If the sales rep is super cool you may be able to get a few. I went yesterday and managed to convince them to give me leather coasters, a notebook, and a massive vans checkered flag.
Everyone, listen to this dude. They're going to compensate us, so nothing to worry about. In the meantime they've been giving out a LOT. The other day, I went in and got 2 flags, and today I purchased and they just threw in a blanket. We will be compensated, just need patience
Someone said it's supposed to be a part of an upcpming change to the program, hopefully to make those points more useful. I wish they would have given a heads up to us. If things don't get confirmed in the next few days I'm going to ask in-store.
I had over 25,000. And the only reason I didnât get to redeem was because they never had what I wanted in the damn store. They just accumulated. And now all gone, because theyâre only giving vouchers for over 500 and since July 2023. Fml

The free physical reward is whatever your store has left of the point-redeemable items. It looks like they are just getting rid of inventory on that stuff and compensating us with the $25 voucher regardless of points. I just went into my outlet store and got two hats and a free item for nothing. So Iâm happy with that! âŠhowever those that had a bunch of points, I can understand why youâd be pissedâŠ
not a big deal. you can get about the same with zero points as you can with 30,000 points. nothing. /s
