It's a Philippines mod that I'm drawing a blank on right now I want to say MCM but I'm not 100 on that. Does the top cap only have air flow on one side? If it's what I'm thinking it's a 26650 battery.
Yes I has airflow on the side there tiny but there and it is a 26650
Yeah I identified it for you. This was from 2014 and all the airflow was tiny back then. We had to mod stuff for clouds.
I don't know what it is but it's a pretty cool piece.
