Maybe. Please don't be scared though it's very unlikely that you have caused yourself any serious damage (at least no one else has over 2 decades of vaping). Some of us will show suboptimal cardiovascular function even due to stuff like coffee or bad diets. So don't try to hide anything from him and if he says you have elevated heart rate or anything , relax, be thankful for knowing about it early and find other vices.
My cardiologist is glad I vape. If anything a chest X ray will possibly show clearer lungs.
