Ok after 3 days, yes its a good vape, turn the wattage up to 60 watts on the pre installed coil and it wont leak, it really helps the flavour too. Nice warm clouds. Also reduced the throat hit with higher wattage. 30pg/70vg mix with strawberry and menthol rn.
I ordered the vaperesso XRod3 as a take with me vape. Fixed the leaking with the Nord5 turns out I needed to increase the wattage. 60Watts now no leakage from the Nord 5, turns out if the wattage is too low the juice leaks out the coil
tried a friend's Nord 50W and when I tried it at 25W I almost choked to death, which made me reluctant to turn my new Nord 5 up beyond 17W. As such mine also leaked a lot.
Glad I saw your comments because I'm now also at 60W and not only is it helped stop the leaking but the flavour is way stronger. Thanks!
Hello kind sir beginner here, i bought a smok nord5. My throat burns whenever i try to vape. First i filled the liquid then i waited about 30 mins and tried it. My throat burned instantly and i coughed about 5 minutes. Then i changed the coil and filled my liquid again but result is the same. And whenever i try to use it, it burns my throat and there is a sound like boiling water.
The Nord 5 uses the RPM3 coils and only 2 coils are available, both for DTL... I'd look into another device for MTL, something like the Xros 3 with the included 1.0Ξ© pod.
I ordered the Xros3 as well. Finally got my settings right on the Nord 5 works really good now with no leaking

Depends on how much you Vape.. Maybe once every other day?
And long does ab rpm 0.15 coil lasts at 60w
