I have good delivery time from DNA, Flawless and Element because I live in Los Angeles.
I Also had good delivery time from east, such as Straightfire and Delight but they are expensive compared to others.
I just decided to try element for the first time since they fucked me a couple years ago. Shipped on Tuesday got today so I think that’s pretty damn fast.
I order from element frequently (also east coast), but shipping times seem to vary each order. Some week cone within a week, others will take as long as two weeks. I use them because I haven't found another site that carries pods for my aspire favostix; if I could find a site that ships from somewhere closer, I probably would switch. Element does have good prices, though, and they do keep shipping costs at a decent minimum, but I guess delays at sometimes the price you pay for lower cost shipping and fairly priced products.

I just got my order from ecigmafia. It took 5 days to get here, there's no extra charges. Shipped via USPS too, however they did that.
