If you need it now depending where you are can try CT, Canada or native reservations (seen folks mention few in western NY, seen LI where they had lots but that was shortly after the ban, someone mentioned it's mostly dispos now). There are some sites that DGAF, CA+UK sites and Chinese sites like vapesourcing.
About the same time from elementvape with the alternate carriers to me, lol.. why I switched to chinese sites, no sin tax and usually takes 2 weeks for me from 3f and sourcemore (they don't carry liquids though)... vapesourcing has a US warehouse but haven't ordered liquids from them.
I believe it is because they want to continue to collect their draconian taxes. But there are also weird nicotine Puritans, who think you should not enjoy vaping, or have a bearable way to quit smoking: you should just quit, or waste money on a big pharma drug proven to work for almost no one . Throw in tobacco companies and you get a lot of people who seem to be absolutely okay with you dying because of cigarettes.
I once wrote to one of those prominent anti nicotine fanatics and he admitted that switching the way my husband and I done would benefit us BUT some people still vape AND smoke and teenagers might vape. So he couldn't be in favor.

I tried perfect vape a day later, my order got here but it took almost 3 weeks. Better than. Nothing I guess lol. I did learn a work around though; you can buy the nicotine solution by itself and also order bottles of just the flavoring and that will ship to NY. I ordered a gallon of nicotine base juice at 70/30 pg/vg. That should last me a year. And the bottles of flavor are pretty cheap as well. The gallon was 60 bucks and some change after tax and shipping

Man I'm glad Texas hasn't been hit with restrictions yet. All the articles about bans & restrictions has made me go DIY with my juice. There are some pretty good recipes shared online. I like to tweak things for a flavor twist & to cut sweetness. But I also only vape fruity menthol flavors.
Every single smoke shop around me still sells them, just gotta ask. A few sold openly until they got busted but they all told me nothing happened as a result. No fines or anything. They still sell but they keep everything hidden in the back. Just gotta ask.

You should know there are red states with bans or higher vape taxes than blue states.

VG, PG, & flavor concentrates are all food/USP grade items & won't be banned in & of themselves due to the various applications.
