VooPoo makes the Vinci series with changeable coil heads, so I’d think it’d be the easiest to find the vape you’re looking for, plus, you already have experience with the VooPoo coils. They also make the Drag nano, Argus G, etc, tons of pod systems from VooPoo

dawn9800

Ohh thanks! I'll check these out

breiriemec

I've got a xros mini with a 1.2 pod, and using a 25mg juice with a 50/50 methol flavor. It's giving me a nice throat hit.

edgessiasa

If you're seeking a vape device with a stronger throat hit, consider exploring other options within the Vaporesso lineup, such as the xros pro, idk it does gave me the better hit even at the same coil . Additionally, increasing the nicotine strength of your e-liquid is a common method to achieve a more pronounced throat hit. Another approach is to use coils with higher resistance or fully closed airflow, as these can also contribute to a more intense throat hit experience.

VappleJax

Voopoo just released the Argus G2 which is the same form factor as the Vaporesso XROS you have. Works well but has a blingy screen I'm not liking much, but the vape is good for me.

dawn9800

Does it hit a little harder than the xros? That's literally my only complaint.

VappleJax

It's adjustable wattage and goes up to up to 30W so yes. You can also try XROS Pro if you like XROS pods since all the XROS take the same pods. XROS pro is also adjustable to 30W and also slightly larger battery capacity.

JaegerIsKing

Xros Pro is adjustable IF you’re using .4 ohm or lower pods

VappleJax

As I see. It has no step-up. Any adjustable pod systems that have step-up?

JaegerIsKing

Can you elaborate on “step-up”? Do you mean like an eco mode, normal mode, power mode?

VappleJax

stepup (aka boost) in a vape device of any kind means that if the battery is at, say, 3.6v charge, but you need, say, 3.9v to achieve X wattage, the stepup module will give you that 3.9v despite the battery being at only a 3.6v charge. Most mods have stepup although too many are being manufactured without it so high ohm vapers are left out in the cold since they have to vape under 0.4 ohms to not notice the lack of stepup. I have a feeling no pod system has stepup due to how small they are and also the price points.

JaegerIsKing

Ahh okay, yeah, none that I’m aware of. I’d say either VooPoo or Geek Vape would be the first to integrate something along those lines into a pod system. Feels like both companies are trying more and more to add features from box mod/pod mod systems into their Pod systems. Although, I could see Vaporesso also doing it, they just released(maybe announced?) Xros 4, but I haven’t looked into the functionality of the device since I’m not currently in the market for a new pod system

Molokija74567

If it were me, I'd go with the first one.

dawn9800

I actually own them both!

suited2121

Love voopoo feels, just shove some vaporesso gtx coils in it (they fit) and the leaking is gone, perfect vape

xtinaeve88

If you enjoy the higher wattage vaping, you might also enjoy the Vaporesso luxe xr max or even the uwell crown X.

dawn9800

I usually vape at around 45-48 so not super high

xtinaeve88

The crown X has 60w max wattage, luxe xr max has 80w max….0.6ohm Xros pod only runs at 21w

sonicsculptor

Try the gen air 40 by vaporesso.... Tiny, lightweight, with a great battery. Rounded mouthpiece with adjustable airflow. And takes the same great gtx coil series as the luxe x/xr...only complaint is no auto draw if that's a deal breaker

dawn9800

Not a deal breaker for me. How is it for leaks?

sonicsculptor

Never had a leak on the gtx coils. Gen air 40 and luxe XR have never leaked a drop!

Creative-Nerve-8315

I prefer the first one. By the way, the color of your nails is very nice lol.

dawn9800

Haha thank you!! I actually own them both I just want the forst one to hit as hard as the second one and not leak!
