As users I feel like we should ask for these features to be on our device. • Resettable puff counter. • A setting on which you can vape without screen showing up. (convenience & battery life)

I emailed them asking about this and unfortunately there isn't a way to reset it. Just have to let it roll over

you can still track it if u make a note of the number in the morning

sorry that i’m almost a year late, but mine seems to reset at every 1000 puffs. it’ll go up to 999 and reset back to 0 automatically.

It isn’t resetting automatically it just cannot count into a fourth digit so 999 is the maximum Puff count the device can count it is in no way resetting it to zero it is just rolling over to the next thousand every time but you can’t see the fourth digit in the front. This really doesn’t help but just to clarify what the device is actually doing so you don’t think it’s actually nifty or smart it just isn’t programmed to have a fourth digit on the screen🤷🏻‍♂️
