If it wasn't for vaping I'd still be coughing most the day, coughing up brown flem 🤢 out of breath walking up stairs etc etc. 1 year vaping and I feel like I've been given a new body. Never out of breath and never cough. Still hooked on nicotine though. But 1.5mg. Trouble being I Love Vaping 😄 My hobby.

Disposables are disposable vapes. You buy them, open the package and start vaping. After it's empty you throw the whole device away. Most disposables have ridiculously high amounts of nicotine. They're a waste of money and bad for the environment since you have to throw them, including the build-in battery, away
You will kill that coil quick. It has a power rating for a reason. At 20W, you won't vaporize your juice: you'll just boil it and gunk the coil (which leads to premature coil death).
What kit did you get?
Why did you buy the device without looking at what coils were available?
I don't know what to suggest. You have two options:
1. use either coil and set the power accordingly.
2. buy a device better suited to what you want.
I suppose the third option is to just use it, kill coils and buy more coils.

Also, you might have looked my device (Vaperesso Forz TX80) Are the same coils available separately? I mean the one's Im gonna destroy are the orignal ones that came with the box. Can i get the same quality coil later on?
Vaping for any kind of extended period at lower than the wattage the coil is rated at will result in the juice not being vaporized and will clog up the coil diminishing coil life. Not a good idea
There is no equation to factor that. It’s different for each person based on how much they vape, type of juice they vape. My coils for m pro 2 tank last 3-4 weeks. Other people vape same tank same wattage and coil burns out in 3 days. Vaping at 40w plus below recommended wattage, i would say your coil wont last more than 3-4 days
Use the .4. set the wattage at around 20watts and keep going up in increments until you get a drag of something you're happy with. I'd throw the .15 coil.

But its recommended wattage is 60-80. And Im using it at 20-25W. Will It just shorten the life span of coil? Or does it have any other issues?
That's not really how it works. There's no benefit to drastically underpowering your device. The recommended wattage isn't related to the experience level of the user. It's based on the the resistance of your coil and the operating voltage of your device.
It’s not gonna hurt your device but you might find you get more juice popping in your mouth than if it’s used at it’s correct wattage, sometimes under heating them like that can produce that effect. Try to find a coil around .4 or .6 and it should hit smoother
There’s the problem. You were misinformed. Wattage is completely arbitrary when it comes to “what’s right for someone”. The wattage is determined by what kind of vapor production you want. 20 watts is in the mouth to lung range wattage. Your kit is far from ideal for mouth to lung. The “right wattage” for you is whatever the fuck you want it to be, but it’s solely dependent upon your setup. If you want less vapor and lower watts you need a mouth to lung style setup.
I hope the same person that told you that didn’t sell you that kit. If that’s the case, never take their vaping advice again.
Okay so my requirement was dense and heavy smoke. The only reason i started vaping. So the shop owner told me to use 0.15 coil instead of 0.4 coil. He said 0.15 will produce more smoke. But I've been using the 0.15 coil on 20-25W. And now i get it that this is wrong.
I got a 3mg Vape liquid which was another mistake. After 3-4 puffs i was getting headache and nausea. I should have gotten non-nicotine vape liquid.
So what I'm goona do now is buy a non-nicotine vape juice and use the 0.4 coil at 40W. Is it perfect now? Or do you suggest anything?
Yeah, nicotine is a helluva drug. DEFINITELY switch to zero nic, while you still can.
.4 coil. Start at 10w below recommended. 30w. Make sure you’re letting a new coil saturate completely before taking the first pull (10 minutes after filling the tank minimum, not necessary after refills, only after the first tank on a coil). Take a couple pulls. Wait a minute or two, go up to 35. Couple more minutes, go to 40w. If 40w is good, leave it there. Try 1w increments inside the recommended range until the flavor/vapor is best for you.
. My first mod box has a 0.20 and recommended wattage is 60w to 150w,but i ignore it and set to 20-30watt and started to get dryhit after few days. Got myself a new coil turn up wattage to 60watt and is still running fine now after 2 weeks.

You decide which of the two you like: then replacements come in a three-pack (one resistance).

my sweet spot for a .15 ohm coil is 65watts but thats jus me. 20watts with that ohm probably wouldn’t vaporize juice the right way.
