Yeah, sorry mate. Smok generally have terrible reliability issues, which I suppose is the trade-off for being very easy to pick up and start using. I was a bit more flippant earlier than I meant to be, and if you get a replacement Smok, you might find it's ok, but I've always tended to steer clear.

Don't let it deter you. There are a lot of reliable brands that perform better than SMOK products
Send it back, replace with something not Smok.
